1. About Ekaiva

Ekaiva (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a craft-education and decorative-art platform operated by Priya Gajjar, based in India. We offer online craft courses bundled with physical material kits, as well as handcrafted decorative products. By accessing or purchasing from ekaiva.in you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this platform. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Course Access

Each course consists of a physical material kit delivered to your shipping address and an online video tutorial accessible through your Ekaiva account.
Video access is granted to the registered account only and is non-transferable.
Access to the video tutorial is provided for lifetime personal use unless your account is terminated for a breach of these terms.
You may not share, stream, record, redistribute, or resell the tutorial content in any form.
We reserve the right to update course content to improve quality without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed via UPI (direct bank transfer). We do not store your banking details.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
In the event of a payment failure, please do not retry immediately — contact us to verify whether a charge was processed before attempting again.
GST or other applicable levies will be shown at checkout as required by Indian tax law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Physical kits are shipped within India via our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Ekaiva is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a kit is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to video tutorials, course materials, photographs, designs, text, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ekaiva / Priya Gajjar and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written consent.
Works you create using the techniques taught in a course belong to you; however, you may not commercially reproduce Ekaiva designs without a separate licensing agreement.
Posting course videos or substantial excerpts publicly (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) constitutes copyright infringement and may result in account termination and legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform in any manner that:

Violates any applicable Indian law or regulation.
Attempts to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our backend systems.
Uses automated tools to scrape content or place fraudulent orders.
Harasses, defames, or impersonates any person.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekaiva and its proprietors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, courses, or physical kits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or product to which the claim relates.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
